Hello, Elate lovers!
I hope everyone has been celebrating themselves during this month of self-love!
Today I created a look that everyone can enjoy, combining some fun art and a wearable purple, Valentine's smokey eye.
To begin, start with your foundation routine. My personal foundation routine changes often, but today I used the Elate Fresh Tint Foundation in "Fairest", Concealer in "Porcelain" and Pressed Powder in "Pearl" to add more coverage.
Once your skin is looking lovely and even, apply Universal Creme in "Love" and Pressed Cheek Colour in "Sunbeam".
For the heart eye, I simply painted the heart on with a small brush using the beautiful, vibrant lipstick "Grace". For the arrow, draw the two lines (making sure they line up!) and then add the extra lines to create the arrow head and the feathered end using Eyeline liquid liner in "Origin". To add a subtle pop, I added a small amount of "Lumen" eyeshadow to my inner corner. Finish with mascara.
For the wearable eye I used "Modish", "Quintessence", "Rave" and "Oracle" eyeshadows along with "Magi" Loose Twinkle Powder and "Origin" liquid eyeliner. Start by patting "Quintessence" all over the lid. Next add "Rave" to the outer corner of the eye and blend out with "Modish" on a fluffy blending brush. On the lower lashline, use a small smudging brush to sweep "Oracle" along the lashes. Pack "Magi" into the inner corner to add shine and line the eye with a pretty wing using "Origin" liner. Finish with mascara.
For my eyebrows I used Elate's eyeshadow in "Earthen".
Lastly, I added "Vivacious" lipstick to my lips for a soft, neutral colour.
I hope that this has given some last minute Valentine's Day inspiration to you all! Remember to always show yourself as much love as you show to those around you.
Bye for now,
