COVID-19 Information

Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, Elate Cosmetics orders may experience extended delivery times. Our dedicated fulfillment team continues to pack and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days from our Headquarters in Victoria, BC, Canada. 

 

All Canadian Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Currently, Canada Post processing facilities are experiencing delays of up to 5 to 7 days, due to higher than normal volumes and social distancing limitations affecting staffing. These delays may be cumulative depending on your location.

 

Expected Delivery Delays:

West Coast: 5 to 14 business days from the time of shipping

Central: 10 to 21 business days from the time of shipping

East Coast: 15 to 28 business days from the time of shipping

 

Please use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to track your order’s estimated delivery time. Please note that USPS has been marking some packages as delivered 24-72 hours prior to actual delivery.

 

If your Elate Order was placed more than 30 business days ago, and you have not yet received your order, please contact support@elatebeauty.com for assistance.

 

Our team has implemented improved safety measures to keep each other - and our customers - safe. Safety and well-being are our top priorities as we navigate these unprecedented times together. 

 

All Elate Staff have been trained in and are following safe sanitation procedures, both from our Headquarters and Remote Office locations. Our production facilities continue to follow stringent sanitation regulations, which have been reviewed and updated in light of COVID-19. Our warehouse and office staff wear masks while packing orders, and all workstations have been rearranged to provide the ability to social distance safely.
